Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Every print is carefully packed with a stiff backing board so it arrives in perfect condition.

  • A4 prints: sent by Royal Mail, usually posted within 3 working days. UK postage: £3.50.
  • Collected at a sale: no postage to pay.
  • Commissions: delivery is agreed with you when the commission is confirmed.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If you’re outside the UK, please get in touch first.

Your order is yours, and the risk passes to you, once it’s delivered to you or to someone you’ve nominated.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Just tell Rachel through the contact page or by emailing rachel@theduckynest.com, then send the item back within 14 days of telling her. You can use the cancellation form below, but you don’t have to.

Rachel will refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting the item back (or of you showing proof that you’ve posted it), using the same payment method you paid with. Unless we agree otherwise, you pay the cost of sending it back. Please return it in the condition you received it; if it’s been damaged through handling beyond what you’d need to look at it, the refund may be reduced.

Commissions are made to your own specification, so the 14-day change-of-mind right doesn’t apply to them.
